Great job. The art style is really fun, enjoyed the wiggly creatures and especially the way Jim flashed between worlds.
Did not get any audio, apologize if I missed it. The platforming was a bit touch and go, and would be a good place to polish but it had a vintage feel that differentiated it.
Also astronaut shurikens, that was a welcome suprise.

Surprisingly fun! I loved the physics and the look of the shuriken-throwing. Especially with a lot of the light enemies, how they just began racing around everywhere once there were a few shuriken stuck in 'em. Also, the dimension-switching was good and a nice use of the theme.

Nice animations when he change the dimensions.
But the jump is to bad... the puzzles is so confused...
I was jump and start falling to infinity at second stage...
maybe some parallax on the background would be nice.
Interesting game.. only issue is something should have happened if you fell off to your doom. A reset would have been nice.
I like your title, the Dr. Strangelove reference is appreciated :D.
I had trouble getting past the beginning part though - I kept shifting but it looked like I couldn't make the 3rd jump or so?
Loved the dimension switch animation, but the platforming mechanics could use some polish, I fell off the world as well and just kept falling
