I do have some difficult trying to read the descriptions since my screen is only 1024x768 wide. There are also text overlapping other text, making them harder to read.
I'm not sure if I'm playing this right, but I was watering all of the plants everyday. I wonder if that could be a bad thing. If so, then that's a good challenge; but you really need to make watering easy because just clicking each one is too tedious.
I do like the idea, but more could be added to add challenge; such as over-watering could make them smell bad, bad smell attract bugs, bugs eat flowers, and so on. I know nothing about flowers, so I couldn't give out more realistic ideas heh.

Thanks for your feedback! I was also skeptical of having to manually water each plant; we started the game off with a full populated garden of planted seeds for demo purposes, but the original plan was to start you with nothing planted and have automated systems/people you could hire to save you some time on that. By the time you ended up having that many plants, you would be able to afford those. Plus, not every plant requires watering every day. The whole over/underwatering, bugs, scent, etc dynamic is something we meant to expand on more and would play heavily into the crossbreeding mechanic and I agree that these ideas are core to the challenge of the game. Thanks, for playing!

I have to agree that watering the plants individually every day is a very repetitive task :) I was just reading your explanation and initial plans in the comments. I think a feeling for progress is completely missing because you start with a full garden. If you started with just a single plant it would have been much more fun I think. My game (48h compo) also makes you cultivate plants btw. But I think they are completely different :)

I think the concept here is really good. It would be good if you could hold down click for watering and I like the idea you've said of starting with nothing, maybe just some seeds. It'd be cool if you could have rarer and rarer plants that are worth more and more.

I would try it if there were a web version.
