@daandruff: The robots with the red stripe shoot very fast moving (almost invisible, unfortunately) fireballs which is probably why your health is going down. To avoid them you need to be constantly moving.
I'm not sure why you're not losing life when you get hit, but it only counts as hitting if the fireball hits right in the center of the player sprite (which for the smaller fireballs can look like the collision detection is not working :)).
Neat! It could really use some sound, and visual distinction as well. It's really really hard to see most of the bullets, which is bad in a bullet hell like this one.
Those grey fireballs are really fast.
The enemies could have used a bit more graphic variety. The lack of sounds made this hard to play and the unclear collision box made getting hit feel a little arbitrary.

I like the variety of projectiles but as others have said, the bullets are often invisible. As is the white text on very light blue background.
p.s. I forgot to mention how much I totally love that you don't make me tap a fire key all the time. I'm bumping your fun rating up for that.
I had a hard time tracking the yellow shots, and died on level 3. Otherwise the game was quite fun. I also applaud your choice to not make the user hold the fire button.
