Wish I had longer to work on this. I managed to get the sheep building their defenses, but was unable to cope with enemy ai. Read readme.1st to get an understanding of what I was trying for.

Impossible

Didn't seem to be much of a game there.

I'm gonna skip some of the scores because this isn't really a (completed) game... (yet). Perhaps dealing with the GBA hardware took away all of your coding time. I love the intro (Kuja's theme is cool). The sounds are prett well done, as are the graphics for splash screens and stuff... The actual gameplay feels like you're not in control, though, and that you have no idea what's happening. :{

Jamul

Really really unfinished... or at least needs a serious readme if it's not, because I was very lost. Also seemed to be awfully random, building blocks in places completely different from where the cursor was, sometimes moving the screen, other times moving the cursor... just weird, I didn't understand what was happening.

I give good credit for writing something for GBA! And obviously if you can get that in 48 hours, I think you can probably make a real game given real time. Which is pretty cool. The rotating sheep were cute.

I'm only scoring the categories I can feel confident in...

Kurioes

Looks nice. Too bad it isn't finished. Technically it's impressive (I've never done anything for the GBA). Graphics are somewhat simple (grass or whatever it is, the blocks you can place), and the wolf looks like a caterpillar thing...

Too bad the rotation took that long.

sjbrown

I was able to make a sheep build brown squares. They didn't seem to do anything, though. The grey blob still got through them. Not that the grey blob seemed to really be a threat.

It looked cool though. It'd be neat to see it actually on a GBA. The sound was also cool.

It was a little annoying that the readme wasn't packaged with the game. As I didn't know what the object was, I couldn't really rate GP Innovation.

Jolle

I don't get it. It is nice to see that someone made a game for the bga here though! Nice titlescreen.
A readme would have been nice.

I am impressed that you got a GBA game going in 48 hours. For that alone you get a 5 in technical. I had a really hard time figuring out what was going on. If you had the readme and the .gba file in a zip together I think that would have really helped. Runs really slow on my machine. Don't think it is quite done so I may NA some categories.

Overall - N/A - Can't tell
Gamplay Innovation - N/A - If it were speedier I might be able to tell probably about a 3
Fun - N/A - Not sure if it is complete enough yet. My machine might not be fast enough for the emulator.
Graphics - 3 - The intro graphic is nice, but the sheep and wolves need some work, the background is a bit primitive too. I really like the semi-transparent HUD.
Sound - 4 - I like your background music, the sheep noise could use a bit of work however.
Technical - 5 - Making a GBA game gets a you a 5. I think you are the first to do a game for an emulated device in a ludum dare competition
Gamplay Theme - N/A - Can't tell if you got to the wolf killing the sheep yet, it ran too slow on my machine. You have sheep construction so if I rated it it would probably be at least a 3.
Cosmetic Theme - 4 - You have sheep and they are more than wallpaper.
Completeness - N/A - Not sure if it is done yet.
