It was a good game, although it got repetitive pretty fast. Also, it seems odd that the big coins give you no money.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD18 → Enemy Snooker

Love that it has achievements... er, I mean goals. It would be nice if there were some kind of sound effect and/or visual feedback when running into enemies, to show that they're damaging you.
The achievement system was ace... my only real complain was the lack of diagonal walking... became tiresome after a bit, specially since you have to move so much around to get the correct angle to hit enemies...
kill the enemies! Game was interesting.
Fun game - great effort! :)
Agree that the lack of diagonal movement became a little annoying after a while.
I could never get enough cash to buy anything (HP cost $5 for 5 HP but you used a lot more than 5 HP to earn $5), so I didn't manage to get very far. The UI system was good but had some bugs (when you view the info and goals on the main menu, they would stay there when you started a game, also your player would still fire when you clicked on the shop window).
I lost interest long before I had enough cash to buy anything.
Nice concept though, and I like the goals.
Overall a fun game and an interesting concept. The acheivements definitely help make up for the lack of motivation to continue playing after a certain point that many score based games have.
Movement was a little frustrating because left/right always took precedence instead of the player moving in whichever direction was pressed last.
