I love the world map system and the SCREEN SCROLL PREVIEW before the stages. I didn't get the background error at all, but I was a bit bothered by the size of the view area when jumping platforms.

Very fun game, played all the way through.
It's amazing you actually had time to create 5 different levels! very impressive man.
This is really nice, the graphics, music and sounds are all simple and fun, the world map is fantastic, and the gameplay is really comfortable.
A solid platformer. Good production values too. Opening and ending cutscenes, level select screen. Good show. I was only really bugged by some minor things, like not being able to see if there were medusas (?) in the water below you when you jumped in, and the moving platforms had odd motion ranges where they would overlap the ground, which once caused me to die because I misestimated my jump and fell into a pit, and another time because the moving platform pushed me back into spikes. But that's minor. The level preview feature was also awesome.
There are so many things I like about this one! The world map, the scroll-across-the-level-at-the-start thing, the simple but effective intro movie, the low-fi sounds that actually sound good...
Underwater, I found sinking and jumping a bit awkward and unforgiving. Although this did give me opportunities to see the great death animation :)
Very good and polished platformer. I like the art style and the scrolling-preview at each level (although I wish there was a key to skip that), but I found to be too hard at some parts.
I couldn't understand the collision detection well enough to play the game. On the first level, I consistently fell through, and after going through the level preview too many times, I gave up. The graphics and sound were great though!
Best mspaint graphics yet. Really great look and feel, extremely consistent. The platforming was a bit fickle even though I do agree with the other commenters that it is quite solidly built.
Great light-hearted atmosphere, and I just love the world-map.
checkpoints and skipable intro sequences would have made it much better imo
Rock solid game, very polished and complete.
Not particularey innovative but everything's falling in place.
Well done!
Nice complete platform! Played it through to the end. Appreciated the intro and outro sequences. The game plays very smooth and makes sense (though nothing new). The hardest thing about the game was the camera not showing me what's ahead, particularly when sinking down in the water. But that's manageable. Saw a bug in the part where there's the underwater heart. Somehow as went down the passage to the right, I fell out of the world (or something) and reappeared falling from the top of the screen. That was nicer than getting stuck and I got to skip a few obstacles, but probably a bug. No other issues I saw (compo version). Nice!
TWM wuz here!
