Oct 20 09:57:27 The Owl Master's Kiln ♥ 1 I really liked the vibe and the atmosphere! The writing is so thoughtful and detailed, and the art is really a work of love. The sound effects felt satisfying and the music is very chill. It felt cute to explore all the different stations and tools that go into making a pot. A cozy game! More animation work would have been a huge plus. Not just walking animation, but also little details and transitions, maybe an idle animation or two. The wonderfully painted outdoors level would have profited from spatial cues such a being able to walk behind the stones. The resource objects clearly have collisions enabled, it would have been nice to also have that for map objects. It's good that you made so many missions, but also a little bit overkill for LD. Nice work y'all, I can imagine coming back to this and finishing the last few missions just to chill out a bit.
Oct 20 10:45:54 48m 27s Morse Strike ♥ 1 hq.jpg Very nicely done, it gave me Helldivers II stratagem flashbacks 😆 The graphics and animations flow very nicely, the music is on point, sound effects are quite good. It's just the right amount of content for an LD game and the mission progression was very nicely done. At first I thought "yeah no way am I even fast enough for this first mission" but through a combination of learning and upgrading the skill tree I managed! Not a lot to say for improvements, other than the skill tree didn't involve any decisions. One resource instead of three would have forced me to choose. But as it was the decision was always just "yes, please!" Good work!
Oct 20 10:53:15 7m 21s Fire, wheels and cathode rays ♥ 1 I had this bookmarked from your blog post. Holy shit that was insane! You not only made this run on a real oscilloscope but you also EMULATED one. Truly deranged! And the gameplay felt quite good as well, animations and all. I also enjoyed the synth voice callouts. It's all perfect.
Oct 20 11:56:04 1h 02m GOODBYE, LOCINERA ♥ 1 In case I'm not the only one here that doesn't speak Russian 😆 "A first-person psychological drama about guilt, a late-night store, and an old toy. There are no monsters in this game—you’ll have to fight what’s eating away at you from within. All you need to do is stock the shelves, take out the trash, and follow your manager’s absurd orders over the radio. But remember: you can’t quit your past.
