Oct 23 15:57:23 B-K1ND ♥ 1 Really good game with an astonishing visual—something retro, but clever. The animations are really well done, and the gameplay is unusual. The color palette is gorgeous. Maybe one of the best platformers, which I played on Unity. I like playing with time and physics. You made a solid entry in this Jam category. I had fun playing. I have to come here again in order to proceed further. Thank you for your contribution. I wish you the best ++
Oct 24 21:29:03 29h 31m DEAD PIXELS - THE LAST SIGNAL ♥ 0 A really clever platformer with unusual gameplay. The visuals are gorgeous, with plenty of detail and a cool colour palette. You've got an interesting foundation here for a solid game if you plan to develop it further. The robot's animation could use a slightly wider range of motion, and I noticed some crackling in the music. Seeing the github.io address made me curious—it’s a cool way to share projects. Thank you for your comment and this fun experience. I had fun playing. I wish you all the best! ++
Oct 24 21:49:41 20m 38s Don't pick up the phone ♥ 0 An impressive entry with a long, long, long story! It could become a full game with a little more player interaction. I felt like I was reading a book. The main idea is clever and the story is creepy, but more choices would make it even better. The visuals are good, and the characters are lovely. The atmosphere reminds me of The Shining. You approached the theme in an unusual way—and it works. Thank you for this experience. Thank you for your comment about my own entry. I wish you the best. Next time, I’m not picking up the phone! :)
Oct 24 21:57:30 7m 49s Game & Roots Two-Flavor ♥ 0 Ah, the good old days! I remember those (very expensive) games with simple gameplay that were so much fun. I had Donkey Kong. They were the forerunners of video games as we know them today. This is a very original interpretation of the theme, and it works well. All it needs is those electronic beeps to complete the experience. A lovely entry that brings back fond childhood memories. Thank you for this trip down memory lane. I really appreciate it. Thanks for your comment on my entry, too. I wish you all the best! Merci copain ++
Oct 24 22:03:49 6m 19s Astral Gravity 0 ♥ 1 Unusual gameplay with unusual mechanics. Everything works well, but it takes a few minutes to learn how to use the tool properly. The atmosphere is well crafted, with an interesting minimalist aesthetic. I love the ethereal background music. I felt like I was floating in space. Thank you for this interesting zero-gravity experience, and for your comment on my own game. I wish you all the best! ++
Oct 24 22:17:33 13m 44s Hard Reset ♥ 0 That's a yes from me! I couldn't find much gameplay beyond the gratuitous destruction of my old Nokia, but what a primal pleasure it is to throw anything and everything at that old phone. The execution is flawless, and the effects perfectly suit the main objective. I took a guilty pleasure in destroying it. Thanks for letting me blow off some steam, and for your comment on my own project. I wish you all the best! ++ Capture d'écran 2026-10-25 001340.png
Oct 24 22:25:11 7m 38s The Final Claw ♥ 0 A nice little game with a clever interpretation of the theme. I really like how the bulldozer turns - minimalist, but efficient. The gameplay is simple, and I had fun trying to dig things out of the ground. In the end, it’s more or less like a fishing game adapted to the theme. Why not? The background music is good and fits the project well. Thank you for this experience and for your comment on my own game. I wish you all the best! ++
Oct 24 22:34:03 8m 52s Raytracer ♥ 0 Hello my dear friends. There are so many positive comments here! I thought to myself, “What have Wouter and Lizz made this time to draw such a crowd?” So I gave it a try... What an interesting way to interpret the theme of this Ludum Dare! Sure, the gameplay is really simple, but it’s addictive—you just want to see what picture will emerge at the end, and it's cool. I think there’s potential to explore this core mechanic further. The old-screen effect is well done and not too harsh. I had fun playing, even if I sucked. Thank you for this interesting entry and for your comment on my own game. I really appreciate your support. I wish you all the best! ++
Oct 24 23:05:24 31m 21s Old Specks ♥ 1 This is my favourite entry for this Ludum Dare event. It’s more than a game—it’s a really interesting take on how we interpret runes and other things archaeologists dig up. Of course, there’s plenty of humour in this entry, but it touches on something I’ve often noticed: some interpretations of artefacts are purely speculative... I solved every puzzle, but I must admit that I didn’t understand the final artefact—something like “61”. Is it a reference to the next LD event? Or is there another explanation? The main mechanics of the puzzles are clever - simple, but efficient. The minimalist aesthetic is gorgeous, and the characters are funny. The guitar music is cool too. I had so much fun playing. Honestly, this is professional-quality work. Judging by your names, I suspect you already work in the French industry—perhaps in communications? Anyway, thank you so much for this captivating entry. It made my evening! *Sérieusement, je suis bluffé par votre projet* ++
Oct 26 13:11:06 38h 05m DRIVE OUT ♥ 2 Really good game with solid mechanics. The main concept is really clever and fits with the theme correctly. The aesthetic is good and reminds me of the old racing car games from the past, like FlatOut. It's not always easy to solve puzzles (if I can call the levels this way), but with time, the car becomes particularly smooth and efficient. You made a really good entry. One of my favorite entries for this 60th LudumDare session. You deserve more ratings. I don't understand why your project seems so unrated... I really appreciate your comments about my own project. I wish you the best ++
Oct 27 16:18:58 27h 07m A Tribute to Father ♥ 1 Very good entry with a solid interpretation of the theme. It reminds me of my youth too. The games are well executed especially Xonix which is still an amazing little game with a solid gameplay. You made a good entry with good vibes. Nostalgia. reading your message, I guess that it's not always easy in your life. So I wish you all the best. Thank you for this trip in the past for a few minutes. I really appreciated it ++
