Oct 8 23:30:07 Cat That Steals Stuff and Gets in Trouble ♥ 2 Ah, it's because your are a *cat burglar*, right! Very good jam entry!
Oct 9 13:55:46 14h 25m The Long Winter ♥ 1 Cool survival game, with inspirations – I'm guessing – from Don't Starve and the Long Dark. Clearly a lot of effort put into the design, the game has enough content for multiple playthroughs, which is already an achievement for the Jam. The UI could use some polishing up, especially in making the status icons more distinct (I mostly relied on the numbers available on mouse hover). Otherwise, congrats on this solid entry!
Oct 9 14:04:44 8m 58s Dare to Jam ♥ 3 This is so meta I don't even. Don't know what the trash can did, except for the cathartic effect. Like the Don't-Starve-like idea of character being represented by instruments. Fun little frantic clicker.
Oct 9 14:39:55 35m 11s Endless Loop ♥ 2 Nice use of lighting with the voxel art style. The three-door puzzle was a bit weird, until I caught on what's going on. The last item (beyond the objective) is unusable - is that a leftover that didn't manage to get implemented? Regardless, very nice game. It's also one of the few ones that **doesn't** indicate the 10-second timer. This is great actually! Learned to dread the teleportation sound xD.
Oct 9 15:21:43 41m 48s Fall Girl ♥ 2 Really enjoyable. The game starts up easy, but also provides a challenge later on. The cutesy graphics and audio are a perfect fit for this type of platformer. Levels could be somewhat improved, maybe by adding high risk, but fast shortcuts that able to get you back on opposite platforms, combined with ranks for timing. Finally, the fact that hazards interact with one another - like when a parrot gets clocked on its head by a grandma - gives opportunity for a chuckle.
Oct 9 16:58:54 1h 37m Escape from The Aquillus ♥ 1 Perfect retro story framing, graphics, and sound - this could pass for a game that was actually released during the 16-bit era *chef's kiss*. There is one annoying thing - a very slight lag between the dash triggering and the invulnerability frames; especially since the audio effect triggers. Otherwise, solid Jam entry!
Oct 9 17:33:46 34m 52s Last 5 Minutes ♥ 1 You poor thing! Apparently it's true that the greatest work can come from the place of the artist's suffering ;p, because this is certainly a solid compo entry - everything just clicks together.
Oct 9 17:42:33 8m 47s Orbit Jam ♥ 1 Good idea for the Jam - unfortunately it's very easy to cheese just by holding the cannon at the minimum elevation, it's enough to keep "max happiness" (based on the web version). It's worth noting that 2D orbital calculations are very finicky, so implementing this game was harder than it looks. Otherwise, had a bit of fun, thanks!
