Gameplay wise there wasn't much besides collecting the letters to hear the creepy music, so I opted to read the story from the browser's web inspector (sorry for cheating xd). Personally I have only seen the movies (Disney and the Tim Burton one) so I am not sure if the text was taken directly from the book, but it surely seemed like Alice in Wonderland. The end paragraph concerning Lewis Carroll was quite shocking if true, didn't know about the author's dark past before. As far as the ratings go, the concept fit the theme well and the overall mood was very coherent. Afterwards I definitely understand what you meant about the game describing the current state of society, tho the topic would probably be a better fit for something like a school essay than a video game. | |

Top-notch graphics and audio, fun and addictive gameplay and a real game wide progression system as a cherry on top (extremely rare for a jam game)! Appreciate the wide variety of target platforms you have the game on too. Also: AMOGUS! amogus.png The gameplay's relation to the theme seems maybe a bit far far-fetched, but in every other way this is one of the best games I have come across this jam (so far). Keep up the great work! |

The map was a nice addition in combination with the fact that the tile selected effected the depth of the level itself. Like the others have already pointed out tho, there could have been more explanation at the beginning and a clear goal to work towards, but overall a solid entry. |
