I think there should be a better visual indication on the kids (in addition to sounds) when they're choking. Also, the colors of the kids have a low contrast with the background, it would be better to use colors with higher contrast ([this might help](https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/)). I agree this would fit well as a mobile game. Good job!
