Apr 18 05:25:00 Shape Tycoon Interesting little diversion while listening to the fun music tracks :). Different music for each shape!
Apr 18 11:42:00 6h 17m Color shift I have no idea what this is or why you're giving us a 17 lines of demo-ish Python code as a "web" game.
Apr 18 11:49:00 7m 00s Pacifist Hill The shield-changing is a neat idea, but yeah, the arc is the only one I really used in the end.
Apr 18 11:59:00 10m 00s Neounobtainium This is really fun! I was disappointed when the game ended. Two bugs that I encountered: (1) on a Samsung S6, using Chrome, tapping seems to cycle the ball twice (e.g., medium->little->big in one tap); (2) on the second level, you can end up moving fast enough that you phase through the wall. Phasing through the wall is probably not intended, but is amusing nonetheless :).
Apr 18 12:03:00 4m 00s Origami Ride Neat game. Would be handy if there was a shadow or something to help you tell when you're about to touch the water. My score: a little over 250m
Apr 18 12:13:00 10m 00s Make Aliens Dead I'm sure this would be awesome in co-op. It's pretty tricky in single player, because of how quickly the bugs charge at you. Gonna have to practice if I want to beat it...
Apr 18 12:20:00 7m 00s Shape Soup Did you almost make a game with hyperbolic geometry? I think you almost did. Cool!
Apr 18 22:15:00 9h 55m Eggplant’s Dynamic Chimerization Nice art/audio, and amusing presentation. The gameplay is a bit tedious, though - I feel like I'm just running around aimlessly.
Apr 18 22:26:00 11m 00s Hellet Bull That's not a web build, that's a web page about the game. The link named "Web" made me think it would run on Linux :-/.
Apr 19 09:01:00 10h 35m Flutterby It was a bit hard for me to see what was going on, visually. Then again, it's possible that I had render bugs (playing in Chrome on Linux, and I saw a bunch of black volumes that looked like they were supposed to be shadows of some sort, etc.).
Apr 19 09:03:00 2m 00s Scientist clicker Aw, no Linux build (nor even a .sh file in the source) :(? But you have Tux in your credits screen...
Apr 19 09:25:00 22m 00s The Esoteric Order of Shapeshifters Neat concept, though it turns into a bit of a slog after a while. I definitely see a promising idea in here, though - it would be interesting to see what you come up with in the future!
Apr 19 09:35:00 10m 00s Shifty Shapes of Grey Wee, that was fun :). It's awesome that actively changing your shape actually matters in this game - there doesn't seem to be a clear best shape to use.
Apr 19 22:04:00 12h 29m Will it Shapeshift? Aww, what a cute little chick, I'll just help you-- NOOOOOO ;_;. <br/> <br/>Now how much atrocity do I have to commit in order to have my conveyor belts clog up?
Apr 19 22:21:00 17m 00s rain contact Wow, that was rather interesting and unique. I'm not quite sure what the story was, but definitely a neat idea!
Apr 19 22:26:00 5m 00s Binary Shift Interesting, though very tricky. Could do with a bit more opportunity to guess, I think.
Apr 19 22:44:00 18m 00s Forge Rampage Awesome music, lovely sprites, addicting gameplay. Your team seems to know what it's doing :).
Apr 22 06:17:00 55h 33m Getting shifty Awesome! Nice visuals, fun gameplay, solid controls. Very well-made. Just needs some difficulty scaling (which I see that you're already addressing, in the post-compo version).
Apr 22 07:55:00 1h 38m Galaxy Shifter That was fun! It would be nice if the difficulty increased a little more slowly, so that it's easier to get to high numbers of sides.
Apr 22 08:02:00 7m 00s Goo Shift I like the aesthetic. I encountered a lot of bugs related to getting stuck in the ground, though. Ah, collision detection...
Apr 22 08:16:00 14m 00s Rayshifting Wow, that is trippy and cool. Well done!
Apr 22 09:07:00 51m 00s FTWL I'm sure there's something interesting in here, but I kept getting lost and disoriented. Nice visuals and ambient music, though.
Apr 22 09:38:00 31m 00s Shiftah Very nice. Loved the music :). There were a few places where the game behaved differently than I expected (walls not harming you, 4 shapes rather than the triangle/circle/square everyone else seems to have used), but having a fresh perspective is nice. And once I got into the rhythm of it, it was really fun! <br/> <br/>My main critique is that it's hard to tell which shape is coming up next. That's probably because the indicator is down in the bottom-left, where it's out of the way and hard to notice. Maybe put it top-center, and make it transparent? Hopefully that would make it (a) easy to see at a glance, and (b) not too distracting to the player.
Apr 22 12:21:00 2h 43m Theseus Awesome. Top marks all around. I noticed a couple nice quality-of-life features, as well, such as hinting about the restart button when the player starts seeming stuck. <br/> <br/>Thank you for adding a web build of the jam version, as that means it's playable (without bugs!) on Linux :).
Apr 25 11:43:00 71h 22m Monster Village Hangs without spawning a window on Linux :(. Oh well.
Apr 25 11:56:00 13m 00s Color Control Neat idea, but I found it a bit overwhelming due to the combination of having barely any feedback about what's going on, fast-paced actions, and no pause functionality. <br/> <br/>Still, I look forward to seeing what you can do next time around!
Apr 25 23:19:00 11h 23m Robot Snake Simple yet innovative and fun core mechanic :). I was sad when I realized I'd reached the last level. Well done!
