Aug 29 12:00:00 The Devil's Misson Classic platform fun featuring a devil monster thing with death ray. Liked the death ray which was great, the ominous humming, and the skill level (not something that I've seen often in Ludum). Only real downside was that the time between spawning seemed too long - so found myself jumping around for a while.
Aug 29 12:29:00 29m 00s APT - Advanced Persistent Tabby Started to feel like the predecessor to super meat boy. Good platform mechanics with quirky back story. Fun to play.
Aug 29 13:07:00 38m 00s Truth be untold Fantastic atmospheric writing that fitted the theme perfectly. Suspect that you might be a trained cynic or an author or a journalist or all three. It was beautifully written and certainly different for a Ludum Dare.
Aug 29 13:31:00 24m 00s Run Frank Run Brilliant and delightful platform game. Details on the monster are great - the blinking eyes - and if you wait long enough the monster waves to you. Good mechanics jumping onto a platform and pulling the monster on to the platform. Great job!
Aug 29 14:02:00 31m 00s Sefydlogiad Classic rogue-like - good implementation. Humour and mood were quirky but fun. Not sure that it fitted the theme too well though.
Aug 31 09:09:00 43h 07m Mega Maria Interesting twist on the "You are the Monster" theme with good background music and sound effects. Mario jumps intelligently although there seemed to be times where the Goomba should have killed him.
Aug 31 09:17:00 8m 00s Virus Good job - enjoyed every aspect of the game from the simple but fun mechanics to the the minimalist but effective graphics and the serious radio reports.
Aug 31 09:32:00 15m 00s Street Murder Brilliant, simple, and fun game. Great game mechanics changes the game from a mindless rampage into a strangely addictive memory game.
Aug 31 10:07:00 35m 00s They Came in the Night Innovative game - certainly different for a Ludum Dare. Enjoyed playing it and got to the end!
Aug 31 19:02:00 8h 55m Monster can-can Surprisingly fun; reminds me of Hyper Sports where you just mashed the keyboard to bits to get the athletes to run faster, jump higher, etc.
Aug 31 19:13:00 11m 00s I Hunger Beautifully written text game - reminiscent of those adventure books that gave the reader various options sending them to different pages.
Aug 31 19:27:00 14m 00s It's in the trees Fun 2d-run-around-and-kill-things-by-shooting game. The torches are a good effect although didn't feel very monster like.
Aug 31 19:39:00 12m 00s Cave Lord Great game that was fun to play. Thought the whole concept was brilliantly designed. Enjoyed the retro-style fights between the monsters and retro-style advancement system.
Aug 31 20:09:00 30m 00s Toy Monster Fun game shooting the heroes with good 3D graphics and lighting effects. Couldn't tell when the heroes were hit - be good to add health indicator to them.
Aug 31 20:28:00 19m 00s Run Fonster, Run! Great game with simple but effective game mechanics and graphics. Fun to play! Be good to make the bullets a bit bigger too and have "first aid" boxes.
