| Dec 17 16:32:00 | ECHO CHAMBER | Absolutely brilliant! Made me think about the use of abstraction in games in general. Great job :-) | |
| Dec 17 16:38:00 | 6m 00s | Superhero Slaugther | I like the idea of tricking a hero into destroying the town, it has something to it. Also, I like your stick figure animations :-) |
| Dec 17 16:42:00 | 4m 00s | Robogoat | It runs, but I can't seem to control the goat. What am I missing here? |
| Dec 17 17:42:00 | 1h 00m | A gory Slime | It's a neat concept, and I'm assuming you used Processing for it? http://processing.org/learning/topics/tree.html |
| Dec 18 15:31:00 | 21h 49m | The villain's Rules ! | I like the premise, and the system is complicated enough to scare some players away, but I really like it a lot. Perhaps with some more feedback it would work even better. |
| Dec 19 20:57:00 | 29h 26m | A small village | I assumed that the gatekeeper is hidden, so jumped off the terrain and kept falling until my character died of old age :-) Then I restarted and figured out what I'm actually supposed to do, and the game turned out to be pretty fun :-) Also, I think that the better way to do dialogs is via GUI, they are just billboarded properly.. See my game's source for it. Cheers ;-) |
| Dec 20 14:18:00 | 17h 21m | Atomic Creep Spawner!! | The art is really amazing, and the game reminded me of Dungeon Keeper. I can see it becoming a bigger project with a proper story and many levels. At any rate, good job! |
| Dec 20 14:34:00 | 16m 00s | Pong Inversion | Every time I want to try out a new engine or tool, I start by making a variation of Pong in it. This one looks like one of those games, and I have to say, I haven't come up with it, great idea. |
| Dec 20 14:38:00 | 4m 00s | Greedy Aardvark | Nice minimalist graphics and sounds. Probably needs a short text-based tutorial, but I think that I get it :-) |
| Dec 20 14:41:00 | 3m 00s | YOU are the villain | Doesn't run for me, says that I don't have Flash installed even though I do. |
| Dec 20 14:45:00 | 4m 00s | Holly Jolly Pyromaniac | Seems like Newgrounds doesn't like me :-( |
| Dec 20 14:49:00 | 4m 00s | Villain Simulator 2000 | This is hilarious, it almost made me poo my pants. Great job, this theme was asking for a game like this. |
| Dec 26 14:52:00 | 144h 03m | Horrible Horace | Not a big fan of your collision detection and controls, but otherwise really pleased by this Spectrum imitation. Good job. |
| Dec 26 14:58:00 | 6m 00s | Kidnap the princess | That's one fast princess :D |
| Dec 26 15:05:00 | 7m 00s | Sheep Barbecue | For someone not used to inverted mouse, controls become a nightmare. I managed to kind of get a hang of it after a couple of minutes. Really love the sound effect when you move, gives it a really awesome cartoonish feel. And the grass looks super interesting. The game concept is not much different from the one I used in my game, and I like it a lot :-) Oh, one more thing: sheep is "sheep" in plural, not "sheeps." All in all—one of the best entries I've seen so far. Cheers. |
| Dec 26 15:10:00 | 5m 00s | Crustacean Chaos | This one feels really solid. To those wondering about the Web version, just remove the "s" from "https." That's a Dropbox-induced bug. |
| Dec 26 15:15:00 | 5m 00s | Villain Warehouse | Well, I guess you could say that this is...SOOK SESS! |
| Dec 26 15:18:00 | 3m 00s | HenchManager | For some reason it reminded me of FTL. Also, How did you add it to the Chrome store? Really curious. |
| Dec 26 15:24:00 | 6m 00s | O TUTT'I CAVI LESI | The art style is perfect <3 |
| Dec 26 15:26:00 | 2m 00s | Villain OS 8 | Muahahahaha |
| Dec 26 15:28:00 | 2m 00s | Missile Rider | This is a true NES-style hardcore game, congrats! |
| Dec 26 15:36:00 | 8m 00s | THE CONDEMNED | Congrats on this one, Chris. Really good ambience. The whole thing reminded me of "Stranger" by Camus. |
| Dec 26 15:42:00 | 6m 00s | You are the (NOIR) Villain | Really love how you use a combination of grayscale, noise and dynamic lights. The audio is also really good. What I don't understand is why you couldn't just use the First Person Controller with default settings, controls would've felt much much better. Also, something that I have discovered recently myself: <br/>1. Screen.showCursor = false; <br/>2. Screen.lockCursor = true; <br/>Otherwise, great entry, congrats :-) |
| Dec 26 15:46:00 | 4m 00s | Golden Goat | Nice! A 3D infiltration game in Java. Really like the concept. |
| Dec 26 15:49:00 | 3m 00s | You are the hero | The game looks nice. Like everyone else, I'm not a big fan of the glitches, plus the collisions were the main reason I died, so it was a bit frustrating. Other than that, good job. |
| Dec 26 15:58:00 | 9m 00s | Evil Cat | Sweet! |
| Dec 26 16:24:00 | 26m 00s | Rapture Capture | I didn't get the online part, but otherwise I think that the concept is pretty interesting, and there seems to be a lot of 3D modeling involved. Also, there's a goat \o/ |
| Jan 5 18:50:00 | 242h 26m | Behind Blue Pixels | Hardcore \o/ |
