| Aug 27 09:51:00 | minogear | This was a cool take on the 'Match X' format and I think it works well | |
| Aug 27 10:13:00 | 22m 00s | Vesuvius | I had a similar experience to Senekis - I wasn't sure what to do as I kept dying on that big drop. It has potential though and the audio set the mood well |
| Aug 27 10:21:00 | 8m 00s | Space Amoebas | I really liked this; the backing music was great, and the graphics were really cool too. The gameplay is relatively standard without an ultimate goal (other than to survive) but I enjoyed it |
| Aug 27 10:26:00 | 5m 00s | Myxolous | The world seems cool and there's tons of potential for a game like this, but I wasn't sure what was going on or what I was doing. The lack of audio and tactile feedback made it hard to set all the pieces in context so I didn't really know my role in the game - I sat back and watched and it ran like a simulation |
| Aug 27 10:30:00 | 4m 00s | Literally; Earth Shaping | Couldn't run this on Win 7 64-bit. PlayWindows.sh flashed up the command prompt but didn't seem to have any result, running the jar file resulted in a Jave Exception |
| Aug 27 10:35:00 | 5m 00s | Hard Life 3X | Cool concept and pretty challenging. I couldn't get past the first level (level select only let me click the top item even when it said 27/25) but I might be missing something. Having to swipe over more than one with the things that bounce you around is a cool idea and was very well executed |
| Aug 27 10:48:00 | 13m 00s | Slime Slayer | The premise of being tasked to kill off the slimes and then them waking up and multiplying is cool, I don't think the gameplay matches up to that unfortunately. The core concept works well but there isn't much feedback telling you what's going on |
| Aug 27 11:02:00 | 14m 00s | Sporee | Same as everyone else's comments really, although moving around and capturing other particles does increase score, it doesn't seem necessary and the game looks more like a simulation of something |
| Aug 27 11:12:00 | 10m 00s | EVILUTION | I instantly died the first time I started the game lol.

Restarted and managed to run away and explore the maze. Love the graphics - the vines help to set the mood well.

Gameplay mechanic is simple but works really well. I'm not sure where the theme comes into the design though (other than the title) - I thought the maze might have been generated or something but it looked the same to me.

Regardless, one of the better games I've played so far |
| Aug 27 11:34:00 | 22m 00s | Dracolution | Cool little game with good use of the theme. Combat was hard but fun to try and figure out how to best go about killing the knights. |
| Aug 27 11:42:00 | 8m 00s | My Apartment | Very cool idea that was done well |
| Aug 27 21:34:00 | 9h 52m | UPix | Can't get it to run on my laptop (Win 7 64-bit). Un-rar'd the file, then the English rar but the Upix.exe just hangs for a few seconds then does nothing |
| Aug 27 21:41:00 | 7m 00s | Badass | Like others have said, a bit button mash-y but I think that's fine for this style of game. Some of the art was really cool and it feels like a pretty complete 'thing' |
| Aug 27 22:12:00 | 31m 00s | Chrysalis Choice | I like the idea but there's no real win or lose state. I get the message that you were going for though so it communicated that effectively.

The music set the mood well too, so I carried on 'playing' past the point of 'getting it' just because of that |
| Aug 27 22:58:00 | 46m 00s | Germa | Game format was pretty standard, well done though. Wasn't a massive fan of the controls as it was pretty hard to control my direction (and ended up stuck in a corner for a while) |
| Aug 27 23:11:00 | 13m 00s | OF SPECIES | The look and feel of this is awesome and really creates an atmosphere. I was a little disappointed at the ending as the gameplay was a little thin on the ground, but overall it was cool and reminded me of some of the Assassins Creed Subject 16 stuff |
| Aug 29 23:26:00 | 48h 15m | Super Charles Darwin | Fun game but (As other people have said) pretty hard! Some of the graphics are really cool, especially the protagonist and the dinosaurs. I liked the humour of it too |
| Sep 2 00:48:00 | 73h 22m | DNA Wars | Seems like a solid puzzle/tower defence game. I think I'm too stupid to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing (despite reading the instructions) but from what I played I liked it |
| Sep 9 08:49:00 | 176h 01m | R/evolution | Cool idea, though the physics confused me sometimes as they didn't quite do what I was expecting. Also, way too addictive :P |
| Sep 9 09:09:00 | 20m 00s | Sun God | Took me a minute to get what I was supposed to be doing but I really liked it when I did. I never managed to get an asteroid to orbit a planet completely which made me sad hehe. I only played the Compo version but it seemed really polished and a lot for only 48hrs |
| Sep 9 09:34:00 | 25m 00s | Papillon | Definitely the best entry I've played so far and it'll take some beating. The lack of sound was disappointing but was more than made up for with the amount of content.

I kept the game open for about a week in a tab in my browser as I couldn't defeat the laser boss and had to keep trying now and then; eventually managed to complete it. |
| Sep 10 22:32:00 | 36h 58m | Evoland | By far my favourite game I've played from LD24. Couldn't find any flaws. I only got 7 coins and 35 chests which infuriates me though :P |
| Sep 12 20:01:00 | 45h 29m | Unnatural Selection | Had fun with it, got to the endgame and couldn't use my death ray though (as you mentioned above) which was disappointing but the concept was cool and I liked the style of it |
