That background music was sick! I played like 7 floors before realizing it was endless, i'm not sure of what I was hoping for (maybe the demon ?) though !

The control scheme is really strange as @killedbyapixel said and after a few floors I found out that running through the dungeons and just ignoring enemies is a winning strategy. I wanted a refound for my sword but the shopkeeper did not agree...

Overall pretty cool game and I enjoyed playing it (can't say that for all jam game !). Good job everyone :D

Cool game! A bit slow but I like the idea.

With different kind of enemies (giving different amount of health) it could have been much more fun (easy to say I know)!

By the way I tried to use the upper platforms but, it was a trap! Foes will stack up below you and they will not be able to touch you but, you can't shoot them either. Then when you leave the platform they will follow you and just destroy you!

The game is fun overall and i wanted to play it to the end, but the bugs stopped me from doing so... I was not able to "gamble" my life and as you said, without it the game is really difficult. I had a good laugh trying to go through levels without powerups tho !

Next time maybe try to add some music and/or sound effects if you can, it really can make your game much more enjoyable even with basic ones !
