I liked Penelope and the art in general, the code works but maybe it could be better (it seems a little slow). The problem is the mechanics that get repetitive and tedious very fast, you don't have a right goal, just dig and collect scrap to increase the score. Of course, it has a maximum delivery time and things don't always go as planned, so it's understandable.

Overall it's a good game and I hope to see more of this lovely Penelope. :v:

But honestly I only found this game because I chose category zero, you should rate other games for your game to be more recommended, but if you don't want this or this is just a test of learning ignore what I just said.

@srrinio Sorry about that, one of the first things that Hideos did was the tile set but I was still programming the player's movement and I was always trying to do something well done and some useless details? Did anyone notice the contact effect of the jump at the edges of the platforms ? (although it is still a little wrong due to the edges of the platforms) And oh no. I found another game freeze while writing this message.

Ok... the freeze only occurs if you do something very specific in overworld02 (it's always him) and I promised not to change the definitive version until the end of the ludum dare, so ... this will not ruin your experience with the game.

I like the music, sound effects and art, the movement I would find better if I could hold the key and it keeps moving until I release it (like rpg maker games), there are some bugs with the enemies' path, sprite animation, game over eternal ... but it is understandable, did you do it in 1 day? Overall a good game :thumbsup:
