I really enjoyed the game! I liked the music and was surprised that you didn't put yourself in to be graded for the music as well, unless that person you credited did not work with you. Either way this game was fun and cute!
I loved the game, but yeah as mentioned previously the minimap makes the top screen a moot point. You suggested having a timer or a limited use of the minimap and that would make it more meaningful! Fantastic work!
Really enjoyed the music and the art work was great! Surprised to see a door animation but no movement animation from the character. Also with such beautiful composition I was surprised there were no sound effects as well. The movement mechanics felt a little weird to me. The orbs also felt very RNG to me so it made the game inconsistent, but that's okay if that's what you intended. Good job!
I enjoyed the game! It was something I haven't played before. I like the concept and hope you can add some more levels and maybe a win screen.
@scowling-pastry we definitely could have used some instructions for the controls. We originally had some but took it off because we were supposed to add in extra graphics for the instructions but didn't have time for it(it was originally plain text). Fat bees for the win!
@megalink ahah shay was actually annoyed with a lot of the music but it was the best I could do without any music experience! I had no clue I would be composing for this game at all! Hopefully I can get some music lessons in me and make something better for next time!
@yokcos700 I think that's a great idea. Originally we wanted less pollens but we were planning to add more maps with more plants so we were hoping to keep the same number throughout the game. At the current time we are unable to change pollen count per level due to our programming, but hopefully we can change it for our post-jam!
@tyranosaw you can indeed reach the hive, but there is a trick to the puzzle that you may not be realizing. Send us a tweet and we can give you a hint!
Thank you for the suggestions, they are indeed welcomed! The red counter would be for the third level, it should be removed from the first and second level since it is not used for those two levels. I would definitely like to work on polishing the game, will need some free time for me and my partner to add stuff in!
