I loved the mechanic! I would like that you add some more things to do, the game feels a bit boring, but the concept is fantastic.

I think the concept is fun. I had a bad time driving the ambulance, you lose a lot of HP when you crash and when you want to manoeuver the movemement was kind of exaggerated.
I really like that blurry-ish effect, but sometimes it gets annoying. I think it's a little unfair that in some parts of the map you have to walk on the water only to get a repair. Overall I really enjoyed it
I like the mood you ended up getting. I feel that the Theme was kind of forgotten while developing the game.
**SPOILER** I think the text in the last note "COLLECT???" was pretty obvious.
Overall: I enjoy it.

Very enjoyable indeed! The player controller went smoothly. I really felt (specially in Level 3) the lack of a sprint button. When the game started I thought the rum could make me walk faster for a couple of seconds, maybe this could be a good addition for a future iteration.
Excellent execution of a simple gameloop. I had a really good time playing it, you even took the time to include a small tutorial. The wall texture and the claustrophobic atmosphere really took me back to those oldie dungeon crawlers. Great job!
