I see the pacman relation clearly, the game is interesting I really like your idea and mechanics. it also looks good, and the ability to add/change levels is a very nice touch.

Sadly though I suck at this I easily got 150+ accidents, I will never be a train driver :(
Simple and neat idea. I like the fact that it get increasingly difficult :D
Great game! I beat the game with 14 accidents total, 11 of which were on the last level. I think one improvement might be resetting which track pieces are active after each accident, as I sometimes crashed multiple times in a row due to a track being incorrectly oriented right at the start of the level.
