I like it. Humorous at first, and then it gets a little more serious. I like an art game every once in a while.
However... I was one of the ones who "didn't respect the time limit rule" and I think you put my kind in a bad light. These are miniLDs, looser than the normal LD's. I respected the rule as I saw fit. I lost quite a few hours to family activities, and I wanted to be able to show a finished product instead of a work in progress that would never be completed out of frustration. If this was a normal LD, I would have made my game at the same time as everyone else.
In fact, I think you should have taken a full 48 hours--it might have helped you finish the art without dropping quality and maybe smooth the movement (which is probably the one critique I have for this as an art game). Overall, I really enjoyed it.
An Artgame! Nice graphics to see but actually nothing to play! Nevertheless I like the message: If you are greedy, you need some luck to find someone who is more greedy, so he is hit by the car instead of yourself :D
The graphics were nice, but really wasn't a game. I just held down the right arrow...
Very humorous, but there was no gameplay. I like the art style, if you could add some more interactivity it would be a great game.
Nice graphics. Wish you could move just a little faster, I kinda dragged. But I love the windy animation and sounds. My favourite part? That cute CAT in the background. Very well done!
The game was pretty funny actually. I didn't get much out of it, though. Great job drawing all those different backgrounds, though. It'd be funnier if you had more control over his speed, maybe by button mashing or jumping over things. That way you'd really feel like that money was drifting away and it wouldn't feel so "preset."
aww it didn't let me pick up the money at the end :(
The movement was so incredibly painfully slow when I played the web version. I don't mind art games, but geez, it was like 30 seconds per screen.
