What I liked: - Coyote Time is a platformer database, it's nice that you added it.

What I didn’t like: - a huge amount of text, which is pushed to read by the game through the requirement of codes. But in fact, after the first code, I realized what they looked like and then I just skipped everything.

It's clear that this is your first game, it's normal that you couldn't do everything you wanted to do. Delete it in future projects!

One more thing, if you continue to participate in jams, add web builds of your game, then more potential players will be able to try your game.

We welcome you in the gamedev familly ! @kitmani already said what needed to be said. Keep up the good work. Gamejams are a great place to see your progress. Learn by mimicking during the year and check what comes to you naturaly during jams.

I liked the story... so they won't see each other again? How sad 😢

Good work!

P.S.: Some of the messages were bigger than the screen and so the hint at the passwords were cut out. Nonetheless, I managed to find them 😄

@kitmani Thank you for your valuable feedback! 😊 Yes, I ended up adding most of the text in the last hour, so I didn't get enough time to polish it properly. I'll definitely keep this in mind for my future projects!

Also, funny thing about the coyote time 😅 I actually had it on my list of things to try, but when I added the double jump, I noticed I could still jump after falling off a platform. So I guess I ended up with a little extra forgiveness, just through a different mechanic. Glad you liked it!

And I'll try to include web builds in my future games so more people can play them. Thanks for the suggestion! 😊

@kumber Hehe, ya! I actually wanted to make the story a little less straightforward, so that's why. 😋 I'm thinking of making a Version 2 of the game, so maybe I'll explore the story a little more there!

And yes, I was adding the texts in the last hour, so I tried to at least make sure the codes were visible upfront. Definitely something I'll improve next time! Thank you!😊
