I assume it has something to do with the red/green lights passing and the pattern in the binoculars but I'll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing.

Do you have any tips on what to look for with the binoculars? I also explored everywhere I could by foot but didn't seem to make progress.
I see the address mentioned is a cafe in France, but there doesn't seem to be anything to connect that to.
Can't seem to do much of anything, but hey, it runs!
I'm not quite sure what the objective is :)
