Really nice art, simple but super memorable! The only thing missing is sound, some music and effects on the road would make it complete
Hi, pretty nice game, Liked your humor and art. Really needs some music, especially since you buy cassetes. Oh, and dialogue button always in different place, wish you could use spacebar to turn pages.
Okay really big fan of this entry, managed to complete the road trip on my first try but I can't believe how many cities I DIDN'T visit and how many jokes and easter eggs might exist in other places. Really great fun writing and great vibes all around!
Great writing, really fun trying to manage everything! Congratulations!
Nice! I don't know if I got lucky with morale as it barely moved (maybe it should decrease a little each drive). Winning the quiz helped as well π . Getting lost was a nice touch as I would've skipped most towns and just gone straight to my destinations. I really wish there was some sound to add to the mood. I want to hear those JAMS! Also, where is my option to buy horse manure?
Really nice visuals in this one! I liked the mood of the game and the characters, they were so entertaining. I had a bug after I bought burger to increase morale, dialogue was just gone and I couldn't do anything
Road Trip of '86 has an excellent sense of humor, found myself laughing out loud a few times times. I have had some wild road trips in my time and I 100% channel Todd's energy.
I took a very roundabout trip by accident and I am so glad that I did, fun depiction of the US as a grounds for all kinds of antics. Feels like a nod to National Lampoon's vacation perhaps with a little inspiration from the Winnebago Man (that's how I imagine dad's voice sounding).
"$4 is a small price to pay for unity" is something I look forward to quoting in the future.
