Cool, I liked the mechanics of finding a chest and returning it without dying.

lidar usage is kinda cool
May be worth while adding some screenshots so players know what the game looks like and if they want to download it.
Interesting submission! The lidar system is a great idea for the theme. Haven't seen that take on it yet!
Mogged 90% of the event with this mechanic
This is a great idea for the theme. It reminds me a lot of [LIDAR.EXE](https://kenforest.itch.io/lidar-exe) (which in turn was apparently based on [Scanner Sombre](https://store.steampowered.com/app/475190/Scanner_Sombre/). Truly there are no original ideas left)
I ended up playing on peaceful mode because after a few tries on normal i got tired of having to completely start over whenever the monster spotted me. Maybe adding some sort of limited defence against it, or even just a lives system, might have made the monster more fun to engage with.
My favorite game mechanic I've played so far, excellent work! I would LOVE to play this as a full game, this is such a cool concept as a survival horror game mechanic.
Love the game mechanic! It's a super solid game, great job!
Cool take on the theme, nice to see a game with that really front and centre. Really fun to scan out the environment.
I would have loved if I could have had more than 1 scan, just so it would feel satisfying scanning out more of a room, and it could have helped a bit more with navigation. The enemy was probably more annoying than not, so I ended up switching to peaceful mode. I would love to see how you could expand the concept a bit further maybe scanner upgrades, or traps for the enemies.
I really liked the scan design. I found it very interesting how, at first glance, the white dots seem to be on a flat wall, but when you walk around them, they are actually proportional in size to the distance you are from them. Brilliant.
I have a problem with 3D games. It's called motion sickness. I get dizzy and nauseous, but I managed to play a bit of your game.
Congratulations on the excellent work.
The first time I picked up a chest, I was like, no way I can find my way back now. So it was definitely a relief to see the return path laid out on the floor. I managed to beat the game on medium. It was quite stressful, but listening for the audio cue was enough to get to the end. The scanner mechanics paired pretty well with search&run gameplay. The visuals could use some more love, I think that picking some kind of dominant color and tinting the scanner points and ambient (darkness) with that color would go a long way to make the game feel more aesthetically pleasing.

stressful as hell on normal but the audio cue saves your butt once you figure it out almost puked from motion sickness tho worth it
