I really enjoyed playing this game! The witch's animations are very good, and all the mechanics work :)
Very cute! The card mechanic is very clear, and the levels are nicely designed around introducing the skills. I think the first 3 cards could just be auto-added to your active slots, and you wouldn't need to introduce the inventory until the 4th card - but I guess this way you give the player something to look forward to. Playe very smoothly too, well done.
I must admit, even though there's no W needed for the controls, I kept pressing it for jumps... which means I closed the browser tab multiple times while trying to dash with Ctrl haha.
This is a very well made game, really! Unfortunately I could not appreciate it in pixel-perfect conditions because ther is no way to enable full screen. I especially love the pixel art of the witch's jumping and falling sprite that looks like linear blur and the music, which is very moody! Congrats!
Love the look and feel of this game, the card setup for abilities is nice and I can imagine having to switch a lot in the later stages. Nice work!
I have to agree with Vulpe, the game felt good and I loved the Witch's sprite!
Missing effects for when the monster attacks (I only figured it out because the bar decreases). Still didn’t understand how to use dash.
