Hello ! You should remove the game from the LudumDare embeded because it's cropped, I had some time before understanding there is some part missing.
It's like "British Museum: the game" ! I guess you didn't had time to implement all stuff you, but the preview of your museum at the bottom is very interesting, you feel a progression having more and more people coming !

Heyya! Found some bugs:

Sometimes photographers will do a backflip and stay like this for the rest of the game.

You can send the same team comp indefinitely to the exact same location.

D (death?) isn't clamped.
Some notes: Getting 5 Ds (oh god) for one photo and removing only 4 by kicking the photographer out isn't very fair. There's no sound cue for the flash, and the timing is veeeery tight for something that has such a quick visual effect. I actually never kicked out a photographer before they took their photo, so i'm not sure, maybe you can "parry" it. The mechanics are not intuitive at all, some explanation of what's going on (even in the description) would be really great.
Also, it would be nice to have an explanation of what D and R are... Well, i figured that R is the amount of paintings, but yeah.
There's nothing to do when there are no paintings in the gallery. At first i thought that's how it's gonna be played - you're just sitting there while the percentage goes from 0% to 100% on the main screen. That would probably be a great timing for a tutorial.
Maybe even another side-objective to do with gallery guests?
But anyway, thanks for the game! Definitely a solid result for a compo.

I didn’t really understand what R and D are, why I need to select the little guys on the right, and what the bars on them mean – I filled all the paintings and don’t know what to do next.
A bit confusing cause of the missing tutorial - other than that i like the idea of "collecting" paintings. I really like the little scene on the bottom with all the visitors - as a little thing to improve for next time, check your animations, the speed your stick man animate vs the speed they move over the screen doesn't really fit, either go for more speed on the animation or slower movement. Other than that and a tutorial i think your game doesn't miss much, overall well done!
