As I get, I need to just force click all tiles, but after 1 try nothing happens for me (no available stuffs to do). I didn't get the idea

I made it through, it's possible to beat it, but the win condition seems to get triggered on year 12, not 24 unlike what the itch page says.
Took me a couple of rounds to figure out, but my final strat was to go excavate south towards water, drop a bunker somewhere to keep humanity afloat for a couple more years and then drain the water, that worked out nicely. Then in the endgame, some bunkers on the bottom row, and voila, the bleed is staved off for just barely long enough. Very atmospheric game, with the reddish color palette and the synth-heavy otherworldly music. Really gives you the vibes that you're trying to make it through some apocalyptic event, I liked the presentation a lot. Had a lot of fun with this game, great job!
@CaptainDreamcast Hey, thanks for taking the time to figure the game out even though it's not very intuitive. I really wish I had more energy during the jam to implement more features and polish it up. I mostly approached this jam as a challenge to finish *something* because I haven't actually done any game dev in a long time. I haven't been participating in rating or sharing this game because I haven't really actually wanted people to see it, but it's validating that someone sees what I was going for and actually got something out of it anyway!
@captaindreamcast also thanks for letting me know about the error in the itch description. my brain was scrambled during submission hour. i'll fix that right away
I don't really get it (with all efforts) how to beat it. But i like the idea.
