I can't start the game. I accepts the arrow keys up and down on the menu, but I can't selected anything. Can you add instructions please?

same. I can't play the game. Tried all sorts of different buttons to "submit"

I was able to play after pressing enter to start the game. I wasn't able to get past level 1-1 though I could jump around as the cat and go up one level or down but couldn't figure out how to continue
