The game is pretty fun to play. Plant effects are a bit hard to memorize, but quickly enough you get a grasp on it.
Maybe a ranged attack ould be good to play too. Congrats for your project!

It's a fun game, but I'm not sure why I sometimes appear in unexpected places. The pace of the game may be a little fast
Very neat graphics and animations. Gameplay slightly hard but still fun a lot!
Fun game. I think it's a good fit for this topic. To give the atmosphere it would be possible to change the music when the enemies attack, but even so it turned out to be a very good game!
A nice little game, I like the day night mechanic and harvesting. Took me a little bit to figure out what all the plants do but I eventually got there. I think a couple fun additions might be plants that can hurt the enemies or light up at night but overall pretty fun. Great job getting this in the jam!
Fun idea! The variety of crops was a neat concept but it was hard to use the different crops strategically.

I wish I could select the crops manually to allow for more strategic approach - for example planting couple of teleports on the edges could allow for better mobility! Overall I liked the idea and execution. I had fun playing :slight_smile:
Cute little game. The attack and accidentally harvest mechanism was kind of fresh, but it was also very confusing each time I accidentally harvested a teleportation fruit. In general the plants were not distinct enough or didn't sufficiently convey what they were doing from how they looked that I never learned which did which. In part this might have also been because one has no control over what one plants.
But in general a cute little game.
Really liked the concept and execution! Even though there's only a small number of game elements and mechanics, they combine quite nicely! As others have noted, choosing what to plant would have added a lot more strategic possibilities, but at least I can choose what to harvest and use that strategically, which I enjoyed.
The aspect of multitasking (attacking, planing and harvest) is nice in principle, but for me that was much harder than it should be, because of the fixed keyboard configuration. If both "attack" and "harvest" would be placed on keys at the right side of the keyboard, controlling it would be much easier.
