It is start of a project but it does not feel like a game.

Archers just stood after they kill every enemy in their range. Fighting amongst warriors does not give any feedback. placing units is a bit chore. I wish to have place units without clicking spawn every single time.

and 10 battle feels like it is tacked onto it. If you get rid of the 10 second battle and polish the game, and add variety to the soldiers you can make the game much better.

The best thing was to spawn 100s of characters all screaming .. ha ha .. I had to do full screen mode to get to the SPAWN button.

It's a nice idea! The UI is a little clumsy, but watching the battles was entertaining.

I like it, it's like a Totally Accurate Battle Simulator but simpler. There are some bugs with AI as when the archers are running away they fall from the map.

Too fix the issue with WebGL player not showing everything on screen you can use _Better Minimal WebGL Template_. I had the same issue with small player not showing everything as you and it worked well.
