this is a very cool concept and i love it!! unfortunately i found the timing very difficult to get right. but still a super fun idea nonetheless

Great game! Like the prior commenter said, it's difficult to get the timing, but that's part of the challenge! Would be really cool if the sway factored in somehow, like a balance mechanic that was also affected by your character's attack.
@dustin-brown I thought of increasing an amplitude on attack and setting some amplitude as additional game over reason, but it's like punishing player for playing. It seemed weird to me. Thanks for playing anyway :)
I liked the idea but to be honest I found the actual gameplay a bit boring. I think it needs some additional mechanic like other commenters suggested maybe some swaying or balancing or leaning to a side or that your swing puts you of balance so you need to swing to the other side in between enemies something like that. Overall cool idea but I think it needs something more to actually be fun.
