is it just me or he looks like an amogus character
There will be some lag when walking after picking up something. Is it a collision or something wrong with the judgment? It's a great game that makes people want to play it again!
It was very hard for me to Pick Something, I coudnt manage to understand the mechanics and play the game.
But the Shader looks very nice on this game!
I like the art style! It was pretty fun once I was able to run freely! The collision for the character once I pick up something is a bit wonky and I am confused what Gus wants most of the time. But the physics were interesting and the concept was good!
Good job!
I'm not one to criticize complicated games, but... I honestly, truly did not understand what to do. I mean, yeah, I have to find out what is healthy for Gus... but which 'symptoms' are good and which ones aren't? If I fly into the air, is that good or bad? Am I dumb? Maybe, probably. But unfortunately that didn't change the fact that I didn't have fun with this game.
Among us?
fun game but not very clear but great work has been done
Gameplay feels a little obscure and unclear to me, but technically the overall execution is nice.
I really like and appreciate the cartoony and whimsical graphics. They are very well done. I do have to echo some other reviewers in that I was really hard to figure out what was going on gameplay wise. It was pretty fun though to just run around and get tossed by the physics bumps.
Thank you all for your feedback! Surely we miss time to make a little tutorial and fix some glitches with the player hit box when pickup things !
Fun idea! Definitely could have used a tutorial...even small cues like a speech bubble or an arrow can go a long way to guide the player. Also I ran into some collision issues but I think you're already aware of that. Anyway, I think it's a great start and I hope you polish it up after the Jam is over! This idea is worth exploring further.
