Some enemies, some powerups, some upgrades and that would be a great game. Right now it's too much repetative. Lack of mechanics. But nice controls tho!
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD48 → Wormholes

I totally lost control one time on the planet level haha cool concept
I don' tunderstand how to progress, i can move the rocket, a wormhole appear sometime but that's it, the progress bar don't move and i seem to be stuck in a loop :/
Maybe tHe HTML5 version is buggy ?
It took me a while to understand the portal mechanic. I don't think I've seen anything like that before. Having to pass through at a set speed was really interesting to me. I played all the way to the end, but I don't think that mechanic alone is enough to justify the length. It's well made and the graphics are good.
Solid entry :8ball:
I'm still not sure I fully understand the portal mechanic. I get that there is a limited set of velocities at which you can pass through a portal, but the progress meter at the bottom confuses me, since I wasn't quite able to figure out how it worked, but it seems like whether you progress forwards or backwards depends the direction you are going when you enter the portal maybe? Anyway, I enjoyed the puzzle of getting the spaceship to the right velocity and having it intersect the portal, though it did get repetitive, and my confusion with the progression further exacerbated that issue since I couldn't tell how close I was to the end.
The mechanic of needing to move at a specific speed to enter the wormholes was pretty interesting. Don't remember seeing that before. It did get a bit repetitive though, and the progression wasn't very clear. I'm sure the progress bar moved backwards sometimes, and it wasn't very obvious at all why that might be. I did finish the game though. :)
I had some minor trouble with controls, but it was not a big deal. :) Cool concept.
The gameplay concept is pretty cool. The controls made it quite difficult to move precisely for better or worse.
