I think a tutorial would be great for the game, played a little but couldn't understand the fuel and mining mechanic very well =c

Interesting movement system, fun to fly in space. But it's a little bit strange, that you can go through planets. In my opinion, this game needs some additional challenges, like avoid collisions with planets / asteroids
Interesting idea. You really don't start with enough fuel, or get enough fuel from mining the asteroids to keep going for long. The ship is difficult to control and it's really hard to tell how fast you are moving or in which direction.
Interesting game. I included it in my compilation video series of a bunch of LDJAM games! https://youtu.be/R25_tXZwmbw
the movement is really fun and interesting!! the physics are really well done however yeah its hard to understand how to actually mine or obtain fuel?? it just puts like a marker on it or something
and also when you run out of fuel it just makes you infinitely boost and constantly spinning in the direction u were moving in. was there meant to be a death screen??
but yeah the art was great and the concept is nice :>
The game isn't that difficult once you know what you're doing, but I think the UI and general speed of the game could have been adjusted. It took me a while to find out that the asteroids were actually getting turned into fuel, but that it just took a while and the progress bar does not move for the first few seconds. Additionally the decision to make a planet scan take over a minute seems a bit much, especially when you can just park inside it without issue. The timing issues could be a bug as a result of a high refresh-rate monitor and the waiting could be addressed somewhat easily with some atmospheric music, but I did successfully scan a planet with life and wish there was some kind of win screen if that does count as a win. Overall good first jam game!
Interesting concept.
Feels like to be successful you have to rely on momentum and floating a lot, which makes the game a fairly slow paced casual affair. This can be good, but the lack of audio makes it feel a bit tedious.
The mining mechanic wasn't clear at first, and I still sometimes find asteroids that just don't seem to be minable, and it's not clear why.
Controls were also a bit awkward.
Overall though, nice comfy little entry. Good work!
It was a bit complicated to understand what was going on and what I was supposed to do, maybe a short tutorial would make the game clearer. But the visuals were cool, a nice ambient music would have been very cool with this slow moody game. Good work!
