The second part is great to hear! Would you mind elaborating on what exactly was confusing and what wasn't? Also, does that mean you managed to get a semi-consistent setup for doing well? Because to my knowledge, no one has yet.
Interesting, a logic simulator with gate timing in a jam. I managed to gather some points and even steer right and left with the one button, but I somehow liked to be able to place another one (for up/down control). Mainly consisted of a not gate between button to left, and an and gate with both inputs to the button and output on right. And down always on. :v: I liked the ultra-lowres pixel art. Could use some sounds maybe.
For some reason, I didn't think the fact that logic gates have a delay you *must* abuse needed explaining. :face_palm: Yeah, making going down voluntary is difficult for me too, and I found always-on downward motion to be too difficult for me. I wanted to add sounds (and music!) but just didn't have time. Sorry.
That was really neat! I'm not really good enough at logic gates to fully utilize the options at hand, but it was still very cool to toy with!
It's really impressive to see such a complex game built on puzzlescript. I want the game to introduce easier challenges before the driving challenge, but I guess I'm asking too much for a game made in puzzlescript.
