It good puzzle. I couldn't solved it, but it was fun. I think you should use procedure generation, and make goal easier.

oh this is really fun and difficult!! i love the screaming sound effects and the graphics are super detailed. it's a great take on the theme as well!

i think that the way it works could be explained more clearly somewhere (it took a few tries to understand what's going on) but it's an amazing idea that can definitely be developed. good job!

There is actually a really interesting concept behind the idea of your game! I enjoyed playing and discovering how the buildings were distributing people around. I think it has a lot of potential if you added some sort of level system or upgrade or some sort of progression, maybe that could be something you add post game jam that could make it interesting! This is critically underrated and should definitely receive a score as it properly deserves! Hopefully you'll get enough ratings! I'm rooting for you! <3
