Gameplay is funny, graphics can be a bit improved but the music is amazing!! Nice work!

I did not play the game as it requires an install which I don't really want to do, maybe add a web-version or a portable version of the game (I don't know if your engine supports this though).

I dont get how this fits into the theme, but congratz on your first game

Music is really cool and it is really impressive you did it all by yourself on your first game! Good job!

Thank you everyone, I really appreciate the feedback and thank you so much for taking the time to play and rate.

Nice, I actually like these jam style super rough graphics, and your music and sound effects are pretty good in the more traditional way.

That you didn't even consider the theme doesn't matter, just keep making games and publishing them no matter how small or simple they are and you'll only get better and better. If you get tired of a project it is better to cut out all of the pending features, add a menu with a "Play" buton and publish it in its current state than to leave it in your hard drive to die. You'll be thanking yourself some years from now if you take that approach.

3kliksphilip here made a very short and fascinating series on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRDhcp_8c7uAPQfE6WMBo7PCNlkQIOLdO.

Some notes: - Is it better to build and upload your game to itch.io as a zip or even as a single executable instead of an installer. That way the itch app takes care of everything automatically, and it doesn't scare those downloading it directly. - You should really rate some 20 or so games and leave feedback to them before the time runs out, or your game will be buried in the discovery list. You can start with mine ;) - Keep making games, even short and simple ones, and publish them all on itch.io. I'll follow you and play your games if you don't mind. - Never get discouraged by feedback or your Ludum Dare rating. Just keep making games no matter what.
