Love the art but i couldnt really understand why the party was dying, i think you should add more feedback about when and where your party is dying

Aw, no picture of the crush.

Grats on your submission! The house art looks real nice but it wasn't intuitive to me how clicking things magically made the party better. Maybe some highlighting or animation on actionable objects would help?

@n-o-games I guess the case party is dying if you don't click on things that will make it better - music, drinks, pizza, coats when someone enters (you have to click on the door when the door bell rings.

Graphics were kinda ok, but I would like to see some animations. Wasn't sure how clicking people affects my party - is it good to click them? They dissapear, so... Idk, not intuitive.

Nice music for the party.

Thanks all for the feedback :) Since I don't have much experience with drawing I did not have time for animations... The party is dying if there is a "party pooper", but as you said it is not easy to guess which guest is the pooper - they decrease the mood when they are in, so you need to find out and kick them out :) and ofc keep serving drinks and snacks (also a little hint that you can entertain them by some DJ tricks by double clicking to the record player :))

I had fun, your comment helped a lot to understand better what I could do, but I still didn't managed to keep my party alive! I really like the music you choosed/made and the view of the flat.

I had a hard time figuring the game out till I came back here and read some comments. Seeing your comment about the music helped me keep the party going, I did find that that was all I had to do to reach the end of the countdown. Possibly limiting the times that you could do that trick would be nice and force the player to mix up tactics. I found out once I had three people in and the doorbell rang I couldn't let anybody new in even if I kicked somebody out which I thought was odd. Over all good job and the art work was good and the music fit well.

Cool music! I kept the party alive. /,,/

Art style came out pretty nice, but as said above, there is not reaction to my actions. This makes the game quite difficult. I would also make it possible to skip the start screen if you plan to do post-jam version. Good luck :)

Nice i didnt understand at the start what to do maybe because i am not a party guy. Took me some time. Love the music. overall Nice.

Music is great. The game is really lacking guidance and feedback. It's confusing what to do. You can let people in but you can chase them away? Who are you feeding when you click the food? Or are you throwing it away? Just a lot of question marks really. The mood is great though! Good effort :)

Love the music and visual style. The gameplay idea is fun, but it is really difficult to keep the party alive. Overall is this a pretty fun little jam game.

I attempted several times to try and find out how to interact properly with the game but I just couldn't do it! It was not until the 3rd try and I figured out you could open the door to guests! Even after my peeps arrived, clicking on them makes them disappear(leave the party?). I invited both of the guests in and clicked on the objects around and within seconds the game ended.

I feel like you may need to give a little more guidance on how to do things, as it can become a little frustrating. The music was good and the art cohesive and when I did click, things happened, so the game worked, but I'm just not sure how it affected the game.

You could maybe consider having little number pop ups above an item or person when something is interacted with? The overall "meh" meter at the top, is abit vague but may make more sense with other feedback to the player when they do something, like a a good/bad noise or happy and sad icons above heads.

Obviously we were all only given a short amount of time, so many it was your intention to include these things, but you can always edit your submission page to help players out!

Nice track, I should play it next time I throw a party.
