So, to elaborate on what the comment above me said, the link you posted is for localhost, which connects you to whatever server is being hosted on your local machine. If you want other people to be able to play it, you'll have to host it on a server with an exposed port. You can get an itch.io account for free to host html 5 games there really easily.
Yeah to add to the above you said you used unity - make an itch.io account then go to where you put your unity build, put index.html, templatedata and build into a zip file and upload it to itch and you should be sweet

@willym18 You can upload unity html5 games to https://itch.io for free. It takes a coupe of minutes, then a lot of people will play your game and give valuable feedback.
