Nice game! But I'd recommend the leaderboard to be fix because it conflicts with the score, causing a mess, and also how do I replay after finished a round?
@ricefarmerlenin can you please explain what happens to the leaderboard?
Unfortunately we couldnt get the leaderboard to have a button in time. The only way to retry is to relaunch

I liked the backstory. Gameplay wise it escalates in difficulty too quickly, but overall the pieces are glued well together. Two recommendations about Ludum Dare itself: (1) add screenshots to this page; (2) if possible, try moving the download to Itch.io, I think some people may be turned off by Mediafire (due to ads and known site to share piracy).
@splitpainter thanks for the feedback! Yes the game does escalate to quickly, and we can reduce that. Should we- a) Add upgrades to your character (keep the game's escalation the same) b) No upgrades but reduce the escalation of the difficulty

I appreciate the ear rape warning in the options but it was too late :P 10% was fine. in the tutorial PLEASE SPELLCHECK! TURRET does not have an N in it - Yes, sure, maybe I am a boomer whatever :P. just proofread your game! Paste that text somewhere to have it spellchecked! Your ART looks great and sound effects were great! vibrant colors and setting did give me a sci fi vibe, nice job. Gameplay was a little lackluster since the bots were predictable in spawn location so I started annihilating them holding down mouse1, almost before they got any shots. the boss fight was cool I liked how it transitioned and zoomed out. Nice work on a leaderboard too. The menu w/ options & volume, a tutorial, Leaderboard, tons of aspects of a good game here, well polished!
@boboman thanks! Yes we saw that we wrote turret as torrent. yes the spawn locations are fixed and we should make it random. Thanks for playing and the amazing criticism!
