It's a shame you couldn't finish it, it seems like a fun premise and the execution reminds me of old DOS games. I'm presuming the grid-based movement was to simplify the networking involved.

Yeah my plan was/is to make the server completely authoritative and update everyone together in a sort of lock-step which is also. I'm planning to finish it off soon.
I didn't get into a game with someone. Consider adding some bots if noone comes to play? :smile_cat:
I ran around for a good five minutes expecting something to happen, then realized that the networking part and the monsters part wasn't finished in the description, lol.
