To be honest - I get the message only a bit. But the design makes me feel what I can't understand.

I think the message was something along the lines of - "nothing else is has point, your only job is to make money" as i could not interact with anything else apart from the coin machine and the kitten, the other rooms seemed empty, nothing to interact with. I did like the art style and i think with a bit more work the game can do a better job showing its message. Great job nonetheless!

I really love the mood and art of the game! I also enjoy how you can go to the other rooms and the way you can walk the stairs. It's a pitty you aren't able to interact with more items but that could be part of the message I guess :)

The setting and the art of the game are very unique, and I love that. I just want more gameplay! Also kudos for doing this in pygame. That's awesome!

The art was amazing, I'd like to see more stuff with this kind of style! I agree with the others that more interactivity would make the game a bit more gripping. Maybe just add stuff you wouldn't get any points from (so the message would stay clear)?

@etrohar that was the original plan, but there simply wasn't enough time. Maybe next time I will be able to make something more complete.

It seems like you ran out of time, the game was going somewhere with it's beautful style!. I really loved the drawings!
