Apparently I liked this game so much the excitement caused me to forget to rate it >.<. The gameplay was fun, simple but addictive. Having a bit of story was a nice touch. The graphics are solid. The only thing I would say it lacks is a bit more variation in the actual combat (more enemies, different arenas) but I can't really knock it for that given the time constraints. Good game!

This was a fun game that I continued playing for quite a bit! The abilities were really well design!
Things I liked: * The fact that I was presented with unique upgrades each round was awesome! It felt like I was making my own 'build'. It made me want to replay and try others. * The abilities really felt like they had some good synergy! * The weapon variety was really fun. At the end of a round I would hurry to grab the next weapon and tried to use them all. The spear's range was OP. * You can keep retrying for a bit from the fight you died on. I died a lot, so I am very thankful you added this. =P
Things I would change: * Combat didn't feel super interactive, my strategy was to pop the defense+berzerk ability, dive into melee range, and spam attacks. * I had trouble tell when some enemies were dead- the art didn't change enough

I played like 3 rounds :D but allways died to a broadsword dude hitting like a beserk :D I liked the ability to buy skills / passives to power myself up, aswell as looting enemies.
It would be nice to be able to hit enemies while running backwards. And it's kinda frustrating not being able to upgrade, when dieing, cause u end up in a die loop (if you suck like i did).
But i enjoyed it!

Btw - if you want to receive more ratings, just play & rate other games. You will "automatically" get more ratings as your game will be more visible ;)

Very entertaining. It looks like it has a lot of enemies and habilities which is nice. Some medieval figthing music to add.
For the habilities numbers, you may have design them to use with the number keys (maybe to make it more difficult?), but I find it annoying. I would feel more comfortable if I could click the habilities buttons.
PD. I don't get the use of the Q and E buttons. Can I have more than one weapon?
@akekho The number keys were initial plan, I only later thought about adding the on click functionality but we ran out of time. Getting sound in at all was our last minute sprint. But I totally agree with you on both points.
Yes, you can use Q for picking up a weapon in the left hand and E for the right hand, but only if you have the passive skill for dual wielding.
Am interesting game idea and a really good job.
The Game is cool and you really archived something here.
Keep working on it. Well Done
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my livestream!

Hey this game is great!! It needs more love!!. + I really loved the souls like vibes of the game (big souls fan here) + The game is designed for a mouse, a I played with the trackpad and it was playable! So it's pretty well done + Hit distance felt a bit weird, I wasn't sure if I was hitting them or not + Loved the enemies name + A small bug when buying the first upgrade on the mac version, the upgrade did not stay on the rock slot, it went below it idk why.
Amazing job!! I can really see this becoming a full product
Nice but bloody hard. Damn I love it but lacks of a good soundtrack.

This got really difficult really quickly. Those bloody fire-spitting eyeball things...
This is a very good concept, though. You've managed to cram in an impressive number and variety of weapons and power-ups, and it looks like there was some decent enemy variety too, though I can't say for certain as I only got to Level 6. The gameplay is surprisingly tactical; rushing in will just get you killed, so you have to keep moving and look for an opening.
The lack of music and low-quality sound effects are a minor letdown, as they could really help enhance the overall feel of the game, but my own entries tend to lack musis and SFX as well, so I can hardly fault you for that. I'm guessing time constraints were a factor there. Still a good game overall, well done!
