I played this, and you explained the lore, but there was no sort of guide on how to play the game. There is just two buttons which i don't understand what they do. Also i don't really know how this fits the "sacrifices must be made" theme, when you are trying to avert sacrifices.

Still a little confused about how to play the game! I like the story and visuals.

The game doesn't seem to work. I clicked the "rescue center" button, but nothing appeared on screen, and I had no option to do anything after. I mined stone, did it again, nothing. Eventually, guys walked to the middle of the screen, and despite building three or four invisible rescue centers, they died. Game over. Then, when I replay, the remaining guys are still on screen and die almost immediately. No idea what's going on. Interesting idea and a nice 8-bit graphics style, though.

Thanks for the feedback dob. I noticed now that I should have made the rescue center button to click and place instead of drag and drop :( Would have been easier to know how to play. The mining has a cooldown. The dark image replacing the button was intended to convey that it is on cooldown. A loading spinner would probably have been beter :/
Sorry that you couldn't really play the game.
