Funny game, but it is too easy - completed on hard mode on the first time, and it has some bugs like when police gives away money, or chaos goes negative. But it is interesting to play, thanks :)

As Dimak said, pretty easy.
Interesting idea of incremental mechanic, i like this visual style.
I spent way more time than I should on this :D I didn't find it too easy and I lost on my first try (medium) but maybe I'm just bad.
Nice fonts :-) For me it wasn't that easy... not sure if my approach was wrong or my clicking was bad. But I ended up beating it in easy mode. Good idea to have a difficulty selection!
