I'm really like mood and audio in this game. And it feets team perfectly. Sorry but I'm don't like controls, it's confusing.

I finally got to you guys! And completed the game on the first try! :triumph: Clipboard01.jpg Really cool concept, I like the mind games, emotional struggle and such themes, very neat idea of helping character get rid of bad memories that plagues his life. I very much like the character animation, smooth and nice! Despite being stuck in one frame after... I lost a lot of hope, if I remember right?.. And also support the opinion regarding the controls, a little bit confusing. Thank you guys, a very fun game to play! Малацi! :D

This was a very atmospheric and unique game. I liked the concept and the more mental sacrifices and struggles rather than the physical. The colour scheme was great and it looked really smooth. I felt the control scheme was a bit hard to grasp given the diagonal maze, and I ended up playing with my head titled for half the game. One of the things I felt was frustrating about this game was that I felt more like it was up to the game whether I won or lost, not me. There was not many skill or puzzle elements, it just felt like I was playing along and waiting to see whether I won or lost. It definitely was an interesting game however, and the music and person on the right really set this foreboding and oppressive atmosphere that worked really well with the game. I found it interesting that as you lost more points in game, let's say for courage, you felt your courage go down as you weren't sure if you were going to win. It's a neat little concept, and I liked the mood and atmosphere you created, and apart from the the few problems I had this is really cool.

The game has a nice mood to it, and the character on the right is a nice addition (though I'm still not sure how he was affected by the levels?)

The controls were a bit odd however, as up should have moved towards the right not the left, and the game-play started to feel a little slow and repetitive by the end; but overall the theme was present and the game was smooth :sunglasses:

Love the mood of the game, and it's amazing how much the person on the right adds to the mood! Controls/mechanics were good, but I'm not sure I'd call it a "sacrifice" so much as a resource utilization puzzle. Overall enjoyable!

The audio design and tone of the game was really neat and unique. I loved the character animations and model, but I'm not a big fan of the controls. Also, I came across a bug: hitting the enter key when sacrificing would crash the game... Other than that, well done!

Nice work! Here are my thoughts: * This is a really unique concept. I don't think I've played a game about fighting negative thoughts before. * The character's animations look very natural. * I was confused by the instructions, but I understood the game pretty quickly once I started playing. * I agree with some other players that winning feels more about luck than skill. There is some strategy in deciding which routes to take to try to get which resources, but because of the limited field of view, it can be hard to find the resource you need. * I found a couple bugs: * I reached the "YOU WIN" screen right after I clicked "Unlock" for the last red triangle, before the wheel even finished spinning. I wasn't guaranteed to win that spin; I was all out of Hope, so if it landed on Hope, I assume I would have lost. * When facing a red triangle, if you click "Unlock", then click "Leave" before the wheel stops spinning, then wait a few seconds, the triangle still disappears and you still lose some of one stat, as if the wheel still finished spinning.

Very good game with a HUGE map! One thing that bothered me was the tilted map. I had to move my hear to know fur sure what was W A S or D. Besides that good job!

syrok 2018-12-18 16:31

Wow, you really worked hard. I liked the music that keeps me in suspense. The very idea of the game is also good, at least it was not too boring. Thanks for the work and good luck!)

pantoufle 2018-12-18 17:04

Overall concept is interesting and mood is nicely done (tilted map and spooky music are great additions) but I felt that the game lacks meaningful choices for the player.

Each red triangle is just a dice to roll, on which I have little to no influence. Choosing which triangle to start with is the only choice I had to make but in the end, it didn't matter which triangle I chose to solve first. None of them were ever a threat (maybe I got lucky with the rolls?).

It's probably a matter of balancing, because all of the game mechanics seem to be here. Balancing is the most difficult thing to get right in a game jam, so I can't really blame you :-)

Congratulations to the whole team for making this game in just 3 days! You put in a lot of hard work and it shows!

vow this concept is really someting... the mix of the different perspective is really neat
