Nice game, I love your pixel art :)
Nice retro game ! love the concept
Very cool idea! Hadn't thought about that! hehe :P :top:
For the gameplay this is a pretty standard jump-n-run, but hell it looks nice. Music and art style create a really dense atmosphere. I would come back to this for more levels!
I really liked the intro sequence, the pixel art, and the animations. I had problems with fighting where there was considerable delay between my clicks and the attack, which made combat very difficult. Also there was no visual feedback when hitting the final boss so I didn’t know I was actually fighting until it started spawning critters.
Needs some polishing but overall a good entry! Congrats.
I like the graphics, especially the color palette is very well picked. Music is great too. The controls work mostly well and smoothly, as does the camera movement. What i don't like: -Attack is too slow -In the beginning of the game there are these spikes that go up, but they are very difficult to spot, and if i land on one, i am flung in to the air, and i land on it again, and then i land on the one behind it and i die and am given no chance to not die. Also every time i respawn a text pops up for some time and i can't skip it.
This game looks amazing! The hit detection in the boss fight felt a little strange but other than that it worked wonders. Great job.
Thanks @zsolt
