I really enjoyed the graphics! I couldn't really figure out a different strategy from just shooting left, though. Nice work on the atmosphere!
@BoopsGames Thank you! Yeah I think it was a consequence of the time constraints, I wanted to incorporate more platformer elements but focused a bit too much on the system itself. Thank you for the kind words
A simple fun game, got into a bug when I first loaded but was fine when I restarted. A good game, well done!
It's a good idea with a nice theme built around it. I think you could have done a bit more on the gameplay side of things though, by that I mean more ways of attacking the enemy and certain enemies forcing you to use different tactics. But otherwise you did a good job with the time constraints you had. Good Job :)
@call-me-nutty Thanks a lot! Yeah I reckon if I would have done it again, I probably would have made enemies spawn from both the left and the right and have the idol in the middle, probably would have made it a bit more of a challenge. Glad you enjoyed it!
