liked the design, but the game felt a bit slow, I think if the character movement would be more fluent then the use of the skills and dodging the attacks of the enemies would also be improved. keep up jamming

Neat little game. The gameplay feels like a quick version of Rogue Legacy, which is neat. The Roguelike nature is always a welcome addition. Receiving an ability based on who kills you (it looks like) is pretty interesting. Definitely something to look into taking forward and developing more. There was a bit of a lack of quantity but the overall concept is pretty decent.

The concept and the are really nice! I just don't like that I die just by touching that mouth, because a lot of times it is positioned where you can't see it yet, so you end up jumping on top of it. Overall, good job! :thumbsup:
Nice game, and cool idea for the mechanic! I played through the 3 levels and had a lot of fun with it. Especially liked the art and animation, and the different enemies that behave differently.
Regarding the theme, it didn't really feel like I was consciously sacrificing the previous character to gain their ability - it was more like - I died because I couldn't get past a specific enemy and then I got the exact ability I need to gain that ability on the next playthrough. Maybe it would have been better if the sacrifice was an active decision of the player?
I love this game's art design! Really creative and impressive. The number of sound effect is not enough, but the music is great. Sometimes I keep hitting 'J' but I'm still unable to use my skill for some reason...So basically I finished the game without using my skill. hope this can be improved next time. Overall, quite nice game.
Interesting game, it looks good and sounds good, but your choice of keys for the controls is really awkward. Had you moved the powers to the F key, everything would have been right there on a single hand and I think quite a bit easier to run. Well done though, overall.
I liked the concept and graphics of the game, it looked clean and the music worked well (although I did find it annoying how it restarted when you died). The concept of getting a certain ability depending on the enemy that killed you is really unique and interesting. The game itself however felt a bit slow. The character felt somewhat sluggish and when on slopes I noticed jump detection was slightly iffy. It's a very hard game, which is more a personal thing I admit, but sometimes it felt weird how some abilities felt like they should have worked on multiple enemies, but didn't, meaning it was hard to get through some levels (I may be missing something here though). It's a great concept however and I would love to see it developed further
